International shipping times vary by location, usually between 5–15 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.

We accept returns for unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at support@thegalacticquest.com to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at support@thegalacticquest.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
